  1. 1
Open the prompt — it drops the night before.Set an alarm. 7am works. Just make it an appointment.
  2. 2
Write 10–20 minutes. No AI.Timer for 10, keep going if it flows. Keyboard or longhand.
  3. 3
Read it out loud. Make your edits. You'll hear the dead words instantly. Find your four bricks.
  4. 4
Film it. One take, phone, window or light.
  5. 5
Publish, then reply to the prompt: link + script.Typed script or a photo of the page — both work.
  6. 6
Score yourself. Comment on your partner's piece.

⬆️ Tomorrow's upgrade: slow down inside the scene — I summarized instead of showing it.

5Score yourself 1–4, right after you watch it back

HOOKScrolling my own feed — would I stop?
EMOTIONA scene, not a summary? Did I feel it watching back?
LOGICOne belief flip somebody would screenshot?
CLOSEOne line to my old self — did I stop talking after it?
Then write ONE line: “Tomorrow's upgrade: ___” — a low score is just tomorrow's upgrade found early.
Miss a day → off the finisher list. Keep going anyway — you still get everything. Finishers get the award at IAL (announced week two). One post per day — no batching. Same standard for Jay.

6Asked at the kickoff

How long should the video be?

~45 seconds, but it's not a hard rule. It isn't how much you talk — it's how much people listen. Engagement beats length.

Can I do carousels instead?

Start with video. In the AI era, your face and real emotion are what make people believe you're real. If a video's a banger, remix it into a carousel after.

Can I type instead of writing longhand?

Yes — keyboard or notebook, your pick. Dictation (Wispr etc.) tends to produce babble; actually write.

Can I use AI at all?

Not for the writing. Draft from your own brain. Light AI refinement after you've written and read it aloud is OK.

Captions and hashtags?

Skip hashtags — the algorithm reads what's actually in your video (backgrounds included). Caption = one or two impactful lines. No name, no "like and follow," no "DM me."

If I never ask people to DM me, why would they?

Real feeling makes people reach out. "I knew I needed to lose weight" gets ignored; "the day I asked for a seat-belt extender" gets DMs. Direct asks come later — the prompts build to them.

Should my content connect to my offer?

Yes. Mine stories in the territory of your offer — don't post about your love life if you sell career coaching.

Fancy caption apps and edits?

Fine — but the writing is what matters. Save the production upgrades for after the 28 days.

How do I give my partner feedback?

Comment on ONE specific thing the same day — a brick, the lighting, the pace. A quick Loom video works great for this (~$100/yr, worth it).

I already filmed yesterday — do I redo it?

No. If you're a day ahead, you're a day ahead. Day 1's prompt is the IAL script: film it, or revisit it and add the detail you left out.
